Joining our Founder and Formulator John Anderson and Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover are these talented Executive and Management Team members:

Jim Pierce, Chief Operating Officer

Jim, an expert in the areas of financial management and accounting, was so impressed with Isagenix that he ended his five-year retirement to join the team. He has more than 25 years experience as a consultant to distribution and manufacturing companies. Jim is responsible for installing the internal systems to prepare for momentum and implementing repeatable and scalable processes that will support the Isagenix Associates as the company continues its tremendous growth.

Prior to joining Isagenix, Jim founded a technology company that focused on middle-market distribution and manufacturing companies. He sold his company in 2000 and until the irresistible offer from Isagenix emerged, he had been enjoying retirement.

Pierce, a former CPA, has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Warren T. Te Brugge, President of International Operations

Warren has been tasked with leading Isagenix’s global expansion. His career has taken him throughout the world, leaving him with a keen understanding of how to communicate and work effectively with people from different cultures. He has more than 20 years of experience in a number of environments, including operations, business development, strategic planning, training and development, project management, production, finance and marketing. Warren has held senior and executive management positions with a number of network marketing companies. He studied commerce at the University of South Africa, is a member of the Project Management Institute and an active member of the community.

Kevin Adams, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kevin is a world-class financial and operations executive. He brings more than 20 years' experience to Isagenix. He has held multiple senior financial positions with companies like ConAgra Foods—one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. Prior to ConAgra, Kevin worked for International Home Foods, Conley McDonald, LLP, Coopers and Lybrand, LLP, and Stella Foods, Inc. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a certified public accountant.

Liz Harvey, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Liz brings a 24-year track record in strategic planning and brand management. She honed her skills in manufacturing, marketing, innovation and general management during her tenure at Procter and Gamble and at the Dial Corporation. Liz holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and an M.S. in business administration. She has also served as a board member for several charities.

Jim Beck, Vice President of Logistics

Jim has been part of Isagenix since the beginning. His work ethic and sense of organization quickly earned him the respect of all Isagenix employees. To acknowledge his relentless commitment to the organization, he was awarded the 2004 Isagenix President's Award. Isagenix has been built on a firm foundation, mostly because of Jim's constant forethought and ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur. His tireless effort has been invaluable for Isagenix's continual growth.

Jeff Brademeyer, Vice President & Controller

Jeff has more than 15 years of progressive experience in private industry as a corporate controller and vice president of finance. At Isagenix, he's responsible for developing a solid financial reporting, controls, and accounting infrastructure through the development and integration of people, processes, and measurement systems. The project will be scalable and flexible enough to support the company's significant future planned growth for years to come.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas; an MBA degree from University of Kansas; and CPA certification from state of Arizona in 1989. He and his wife Char have three children.

Lisa DeBiase, Chief Retention Officer/VP of New Business Development

Lisa’s focus is on strengthening Isagenix’s retention of Associates, developing a sales forecasting system, and leading global brand experience efforts. Her 12-year career includes a variety of marketing and sales roles for Procter & Gamble and Nissan Motor Corporation. Lisa is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and received a MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Rick Despain, Vice President of Field Relations/Communications

Rick joined the Isagenix Executive Team in July 2004. He has more than 25 years experience in strategic marketing and communications, 15 years experience in direct sales, and has worked with five companies within the industry. He’s previously worked as a Director of Communications, Vice President of E-Commerce and the Internet, and a Vice President of Sales. He helped a start-up company grow to more than $100 million in sales and more than 100,000 representatives in just six years. He also helped a well-established, 30-year-old company re-energize its employees and sales force to double their sales in three years. Rick understands what it takes to create growth and success. After carefully watching the early success of Isagenix, he soon decided to target Isagenix as the company he wanted to work for.

Rick is responsible for marketing, including new product marketing and communications, the Isagenix Monthly Insider newsletter, the Isagenix for Life magazine, and the Web site. He works with Compliance, Canada and Puerto Rico expansion, and manages many aspects of the planning for Convention Celebrations.

Rick attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Susy, have six children.

Darren Fujii, Chief Information Officer

Darren's a seasoned IT professional who brings world-class project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. He’s been responsible for large strategic business transformation initiatives and also has led the development of the Information Technology organization needed to support and leverage the investment in information technology across external and internal customers. He was most recently the vice president of information technology for ConAgra Foods, one of the world’s largest packaged food companies. He has also held leadership positions with SAP, a leading software provider, and Cellular One.

Darren has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Steven G. Kochen, Chief General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Steven, with more than 15 years experience in operations and contract manufacturing, makes sure Isagenix remains compliant with all laws and regulations. He’s previously filled roles as a president, general manager, international marketing director and corporate counsel at a variety of network marketing companies. Steven received his B.A. in political science at the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga Law School. He’s licensed to practice law in state and federal court.

Dave Pickrell, Chief Technology Officer - Member Solutions

Dave, an information technology specialist, has more than 20 years of executive level experience as a P&L leader and people developer. He's a seasoned IT professional who brings valuable project management, financial, and operational skills to the Isagenix management team. Dave most recently was the president and CEO of MergerTree Solutions, LP, a small venture-backed IT hosting and outsourcing services company in Houston, Texas.

Dave has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He's also a graduate of the Kellogg Executive Program for Ernst & Young Partners - Northwestern University, and is a former U.S. Navy officer and pilot.

Patty Raphael, Vice President of Operations

Patty joined Isagenix prior to its formal organization. She brings a wealth of experience to day-to-day operations and has served in various positions, including Executive Director of Operations, Customer Service Manager, and Commissions Manager. She has a passion for excellence and helped to create the “can-do” service attitude that is inherent to Isagenix.

After receiving a bachelor's degree in Biology, Patty worked in pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales before settling into management in the healthcare arena. Past employers include: Hoffman La Roche, Inc.; Smith & Nephew United, Inc.; Convatec, Inc.; and Healthy Outlook Nutrition, Inc.

Larry Lantieri, Director of Field Development

Larry Lantieri has worked full time in the Network Marketing industry since 1992. He made the top position in three companies and was the No. 1 recruiter in two of them. Larry has personally sponsored more than 1,100 people, resulting in over 90,000 distributors in 20 countries, exceeding $30 million dollars in sales. His last distributorship exceeded $2 million in monthly sales. He has served on two corporate strategic planning boards.

Larry works closely with the field, conducting trainings for the growing team of Isagenix Associates.
